Coaching Traders ("we", "us", "our") provides trading courses, digital indicators, ebooks, and trading alerts through this website. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it.

1. Information We Collect

Account information

When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google. We do not receive or store your Google password.

Purchase information

When you buy a digital product or course, payment is processed by Stripe. We receive your order details, the email address used at checkout, and confirmation that payment succeeded — we do not receive or store your full card number.

Course activity

If you're signed in and enrolled in a course, we store which lessons you've completed, your exam answers and score, and certificate records, so your progress persists across sessions and any certificate you earn can be verified later.

Technical information

Like most websites, our hosting and analytics providers automatically log standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited.

2. How We Use Your Information

To create and maintain your account and course access
To deliver the products and courses you've purchased
To email order confirmations, download links, and course-related updates
To track lesson progress and issue certificates of completion
To respond to support requests
To maintain the security and proper functioning of the site

We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not use your data to serve you third-party advertising.

3. Who We Share Data With

We use a small number of service providers to run this site, each of which processes data on our behalf under their own privacy and security terms:

Google — for account sign-in (Google OAuth)
Stripe — for payment processing
Resend — for transactional emails (order confirmations, download links)
Vercel — for website hosting
Neon — for database hosting (accounts, course progress, certificates)

We do not share your information with any other third party except where required by law.

4. Cookies

We use a small number of essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your session. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

5. Data Retention

We keep account, purchase, and course-progress records for as long as your account exists, and as needed to comply with tax and accounting obligations. You can request deletion of your account at any time (see Section 6).

6. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@coachingtraders.com and we'll respond within a reasonable time. Note that deleting your account will also remove access to any course progress and issued certificates tied to it.

7. Data Security

We use industry-standard security practices — including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and secure, access-controlled hosting — to protect your information. No online service can guarantee perfect security, but we take reasonable steps to safeguard your data.

8. Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for adults and are not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
