These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Coaching Traders website, courses, indicators, ebooks, and trading alerts (together, the "Services"). By creating an account, making a purchase, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Not Financial Advice — Trading Risk Disclosure

Coaching Traders provides educational content and analytical tools only. Nothing on this site — including courses, lessons, indicators, ebooks, or alerts — constitutes personalised financial, investment, or trading advice.

Trading futures, forex, stocks, crypto, and other leveraged instruments carries a substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. You could lose some or all of your invested capital. Past performance of any strategy, indicator, or historical statistic discussed in our content is not indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions, and you should seek independent financial advice before trading if you are unsure.

Our indicators and alerts (native platform alerts on TradingView/MT5) are analytical tools that flag conditions for you to evaluate — they do not execute trades, and they do not guarantee any outcome.

2. Accounts

Course access requires an account, created via Google sign-in. You're responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and for all activity under your Coaching Traders account. Accounts are personal to you and may not be shared or transferred.

3. Purchases & Payment

Prices are shown in USD, AUD, or GBP as selected at checkout. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your card details. All purchases are for your own personal, non-commercial use.

4. Refund Policy

Digital downloads (indicators, scripts, ebooks)

Because these products are delivered instantly and irreversibly as digital files, all sales are final once a download link has been issued, except where required by applicable consumer law (for example, if a file is materially defective or fails to match its description).

Courses

If you're not satisfied with a course, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have completed less than 20% of the course's lessons and have not been issued a certificate of completion. To request a refund, email info@coachingtraders.com with your order details.

5. Intellectual Property

All course content, lessons, indicators, scripts, ebooks, and certificates are owned by Coaching Traders and licensed to you for personal use only when purchased. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, publicly share, or reverse-engineer any purchased content or source code without our written permission.

6. Certificates of Completion

A Coaching Traders certificate confirms you completed a course's lessons and passed its exam. It is issued by Coaching Traders for informational and motivational purposes only — it is not an accredited qualification, licence, or professional certification, and does not represent endorsement by any regulator or third party.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your account or purchased content with others
• Attempt to circumvent payment, access controls, or exam scoring
• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the site

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any indicator, alert, or piece of educational content will produce any particular trading result.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coaching Traders is not liable for any trading losses, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer protection rights you have under the law of the country in which you reside that cannot be excluded by agreement.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of the Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
